I've used this for several months and then stopped because it was so expensive. I noticed alot of wrinkles coming back. This product changes the texture of your skin and makes it more supple and young looking. It just give you a dewey radiance. It visibly reduces fine lines and tightens your skin too. I've tried ALOT of products and this one makes the most difference. It's so darned expensive though. It works best if you use morning AND night. I tried to stretch it by just using once a day. Didn't work as well.

This is without a doubt the best skin care product on the market.It has kept my 57 yr old face, fresh and dewy.People are blown away I am asold as I am.Most people think I am 40.However, I am really peeved with the delivery system of the 2 chambers. One chamber always runs out before the other...or it just clogs! They make it impossible to open the container to extract the remaining product. If you have this problem too...call the company and complain;theproduct is expensive and we deserve to be able to access every last drop. skinmedica's number is 760 448 3600.Maybe if enough people bitch they will change the container.

I love the SkinMedica TNS Essential Serum. I use it morning and night and it is amazing on my skin. It moisturizes my skin, without making it greasy.
